Favorite Silk Dresses

This summer I have been living in Silk dresses... the 90's are back and I'm loving every second of it.

My new favorite brand this summer is the Australian brand, Silk Laundry. Their dresses are the definition of easy-chic. They hang well and have the most gorgeous colors and prints (hello, dandelion!). I have a lovely black bias cut sand-washed silk slip with shoulder ties. In bright light it almost looks like a very deep navy - the absolute perfect color and pairs with any shoes (including sneaks). Find it here.

Shoes can be found here.

Nili Lotan Silk Cami Dress

It's dangerous when I'm on a shoot and the stylist has a really fabulous rack of things I've never seen before. This was the case when I spotted this Nili Lotan Dress. I've always liked Nili Lotan but I absolutely love the run of limited edition silk cami dresses they did. They come in every rich jewel tone under the sun. The bias cut silk has the perfect drape and thickness and hangs just right on the body. I'd have bought it right then and there from the stylist but I spotted this Olive color online and had to have that - find it here , here , here ]

Good luck trying to decide on one color...

Kamperette Silk Slip Dress

I originally found this dress at Rand + Statler (one of my favorite SF stores) but they didn't have my size. I tracked it down on Kamperette's website here.

There are some great similar styles below from Vince, most of which are on sale ;)

This roundup would not be complete without including my trusty Raey dress. This was the one thing I brought with me in my suitcase to Norway knowing that I would need something really all-purpose for our trip to Paris right after. It took me from day to night and I wore it constantly.

More styles from Raey below:
